Come and enjoy and explore the Kuranda Mowbray National Park with North Queensland Trail Bike Adventures on this One Day Cairns Trailbike Tours through the Wet Tropics World Heritage listed spectacular rainforest route via the Black Mountain Road which is an extremely scenic track with lots of twists and turns, sometimes slippery and muddy with many beautiful creek crossings which is a trail biker riders haven.
The Black Mountain Road track begins from the Kennedy Highway near Kuranda to the Mossman Mount Molloy Road near Julatten.
Many Cassowaries have been spotted along the track and should be treated with absolute caution and should not be fed.
Our one day cairns trailbike tour includes all the riding gear you will need for the day. We depart Cairns at 8am from scenic Redlynch and head up the famous Kuranda Range with many twisting corners and breathtaking views on to the Black Mountain Road Track into the rainforest stopping for lunch at the iconic Mount Molloy Pub and then onto more fantastic trails making our way back to Cairns arriving around 4.30/5 pm. Its a full days ride and we can cater for all riding skills from the beginner to advanced. The trails are varied from fast and flowing fire trails to single track and old logging trails with many creek crossings. We ride through beautiful rainforest and tall timber country, its a fantastic day on the trails and you will come back with some great photos and memories.
